Disappointed

This is my first time purchasing from this company and I am disappointed in how my situation was handled. I informed them that I never received my package due to it possibly being stolen, even though it does state delivered. I didnā€™t feel like it was their fault because USPS was the delivery method, but I was told that it would be ā€œa loss for themā€ if they reshipped me new bracelets after asking could it be possible to resend me new bracelets. I wasnā€™t looking to get bracelets for free, but maybe thatā€™s what they thought when asking them. Lesson learned.
